Has anyone used this camera? If so, do you think it is worthwhile. It seems quite cheap enough for a punt. Allegedly, it is worth an insurance discount.

If you use such camera and then involved in an accident which is your fault, can you then choose not to hand over the footage to authorities if demanded?
