There is obviously no learning curve to follow-)

Basically he was flipping the bird at the Coppers who'd already warned him about lane discipline. Hopefully he'll be sent straight to court with no option for a driving course.

Well that was a disappointment! Was expecting tail out tyre smoking drifting Ken Block style.

Other than being a total knob he doesn't appear to have caused any issues to other motorists as it looked decidedly quiet at the time. Careful use of the indicators as well. CPS would run a mile and the perpetrator would have a further feeling of satisfaction.

Unfortunately there are a small section of society who have never encountered authority. Never been told 'no' and always feel the need to have the last word.

Wouldn't call it drifting; that to my mind occurs when the driver isn't paying attention to the road ahead.

Didn't say exactly what he got a fine for but "driving without due care and attention" probably covers it, and it was fully deserved.

That's bad lane discipline."Drifting" is something else completely.

I shouldn't larf - but I did. A parade of incompetent driving from testosterone-fuelled guys trying so hard to create a good impression.

The best bit was where the back wheel that had come off overtook the car it had come from.

I don't get it. Where does the "shocking" bit come in?

Deliberate use of indicators, quite careful lane changing, nothing else around, pulled over when requested.

Perhaps they should have said "mildly curious" rather than "shocking"?

Apart from a police car behind him.

And he's deliberately doing it for their benefit.

Is he? or does he just not understand. Looking at it it seems the latter

Is that the "shocking" bit?
