The only good news about this POS is "...the offence of outraging public decency was rarely prosecuted in Australia....There is no maximum penalty for the charge in Australian law."

I remember the case from the time - first time I had heard the offence "outraging public decency".

What an apt term.

From the 2007 link: "A crowd had gathered around, watching and laughing, and the incident was filmed on a mobile phone."
