 Bond / Landrover spoiler alert (sort of) - Bobby
For those that have seen the new Bond film.

JLR obviously pay lots to be partners etc. And I know I’m not the target customer.
But a battered old Land Cruiser saw off something like 5 or 6 of the JLR products?? Not very good sales pitch for them is it?

Remember what Granny used to say?

If you want to go into the desert/jungle, buy a Landrover.

If you want to come out again, buy a Land Cruiser.

More than a grain of truth in that.

I absolutely would not go up into the nountains in a Land rover product, new or old.

Toyota of course, Ford's are also pretty good.

Always makes me think of the one which says that the Willys Jeep killed more Americans than the Germans did.

More to the point, if you look VERY closely, when the second RR Sport does a mid-air somersault, it changes mid-air to be a Discovery, then lands as a RR Sport. How do they do that??

Best Bond (so far) IMHO, despite a not particularly villainous villain.
