OK, I've just heard a warning on my local London radio regarding fake Volvo e-drive (?) badges and the London congestion charge, I at first it seemed genuine, but towards the end it just turned into an ad for their cars.
Has anyone else heard this and what do they think? Surely a driver isn't going to honestly think that by adding a certain badge to the back of their car it will exempt them, and not know that the system works on reg numbers.
