I'm thinking of getting myself a decent car polisher. Does anyone have or use one, and if so what do they recommend.

I have been looking at a couple on Ultimate Finish Website, the Meguiar's G220 'V2' Dual Action Machine Polisher, £169.95, and the Kestrel DAS-6 'Power Plus' Dual Action Machine Polisher, £149.95.

I have the Megs 220 and it's very easy to use. There are detailed guides and help on detailingworld.co.uk and a great forum. Hope I'm allowed to mention another forum!

I think you'll find the tutu wearing, fairy wand waving mods on here have no problem with that. It's the idea that anyone should polish a car will give many of us apoplexy.

 Electric Car Polishers - Runfer D'Hills
Halford's have a polishing mitt for £3.99. I'd run to that if I ever felt the need to do any polishing. Actually, come to think of it, I wouldn't, I'd just nick one of her tea towels and take the consequences...I quite like her a little bit riled...
