URLs and Forward Slashes - Ambo
Someone on this site told me on the past that if I included a final forward slash in a website address it would not be possible to open it without copying and pasting into a browser. Omitting it was supposed to enable a direct link.

In operation, this does not seem to give consistent results. What is the way to do it in sites like this, in emails, their attachments and documents retained in, say, My Documents?
URLs and Forward Slashes - Zero
use the address as it appears, just copy and paste - dont put a slash at the end no need.
