Hi all, I'm Peter from Sussex. Hope you are all well.

Watcha Pete, I like to see the old names making a comeback, Maise is one of them.
My ole mums name was Patricia, Lillian, and I have a Holly, Rosie, and a Ruby in my extended family.
I'm not over-keen on some old names though, like Cuthbert, Mildred, or Cecil :)

Hello there Maisies Dad..... in good old Sussex by the sea eh.
If its west rather than east then 1 can't be too far away from you........

Hi Pater - I'm well thanks, it's the others I worry about :)
What brings you here - is Dog correct, are you ex-Honest John-er (if you don't mind me asking)?
EDIT: whoops ignore the Dog reference, wrong end of stick

Yes sorry, I just added an edit after your post. It was the 'old names' reference.

I was never a registered member on HJ, but did used to follow the posts there a few years ago.

Sounds as if you're not Z making a come-back, then!
(Sorry - bit of an "in-joke".)

...Sorry - bit of an "in-joke"...
Not that 'we' are the least bit cliquey on here.

Just ignore them. They're mainly all drunk usually. Or if they're not they must be on something I reckon. Mainly harmless though and quite regularly amusing when they're not out in the car park fighting...

Morning Maisie. Welcome to the Saloon. Mine's an Ale if you please.
|
Welcome to the machine! Not much jargon to remember on here, but you would be wise to remember that "LEC" = "Large Estate Car", and is a bit of an in-joke.
|
Welcome isonata.
Happy New Year to you and yours.
