 Mazda Mazda 6 - Accident Repair - Shiny
The most important question already asked but not answered is are you claiming off your insurance or claiming against the third party (who will pass it to their insurer). If the former, then you are in a weak position, but if the latter, they pretty much have to pay up any reasonable cost to make your car as it was before their policyholder's mistake. If the garage can repair repair it because it is possible and the price is reasonable then they must pay it.
