On Sunday i was side swiped by another vehicle, both traveling in same direction on a dual carriage way i was in left lane they were in right lane no indication just pulled in front of me hitting o/s front wing, wheel and bumper forcing me onto a grass verge and nearly up a bank
and causing themselves to lose control and ending up the bank.
Police has put other driver at fault and will recommend a drivers awareness course because they admitted to seeing a silver car in the distance and not me beside them.
Just been to Bodyshop to find out how things are progressing and been given the estimation for repair which is now awaiting a response from their insurance company.
The repair bill is £3889.81 my car is a 2008 MAZDA 6 TS2 2LTR petrol with 102900 miles.
