The worst one I found was at a pub in Cambridge . The signage of the contractors said it ran 24hrs a day , who reads those signs .
The machine at which you have to pay , only takes coins , I had to go into the pub to get change
The machine itself said payment between 10-6 , I parked at 6.50 but as I didn’t have any money and had to return the 40 yards to my car to find some , then I read the signage on the machine , I did and decided I was lucky , but notified the bar manager of the situation when the signage was pointed out to me by another driver , and I told the manager it was illegal to have two conflicting signs in the car park . He jotted down my number and I made a compliant to the parking company and which ever worked ,I never received a penalty notice .
Some of the hardest places to park are in central London because it’s impossible to get a data connection to get into an app
