 20 MPH Zones - wotspur
we’ve all been on roads , and thought is this a 20 or a 30 zone .
Are these zones ,about safety , or increasing fines .
If it’s the Former , why are there no rubble strips upon entering the 20 mph zone and upon leaving , or a different coloured tarmac - but why are the signs allowed where they’re about half the size of a 30/40 mph zone, and therefore easily miscible , what is the reasoning behind that .
MY conclusion , it’s all about fines
