 Cheapest fix for otherwise expensive problem - Hugo
I was given a Pug 309 SRi by my dad a few years ago.

When I got it home I noticed that the central locking had packed in.

I located the central locking control unit, not a particularly sophisticated piece of kit, and found a copper strip that looked like it should have been soldered to a post, but wasn't. So I borrowed a soldering iron and stuck it back.

That worked until such time as the car got written off.
