Toggling between full screen and normal screen using F11 has always been handy.

If you wish to reduce or enlarge the font in your browser (IE or Firefox) used Ctrl and - or + as appropriate or Ctrl + scroll wheel.

Most people know if you hold down Shift after highlighting a file and then click on another file further on you can then Delete/Copy or whatever all the files involved.
