Daughter spent a couple of hours queueing to get out of Portugal last week. And I understand they are saying you should still get your passport stamped on the way out.. There is an app on which you log your personal details and flight within 14 days of flying which will produce a QR code for scanning at the new machines. It is only live on incoming to Portugal (maybe only Lisbon) and Sweden at the moment.
