It was set in 1982. The Quattro wasn't introduced in the UK until 1983. It should have also been on a W plate, not a V.

I know they said it was the last series ever, but I think they've left the door open for another series for the bloke who appeared at the end of last night's episode wanting to know what had happened to his office and where his Ipod had gone.
