 GDPR and the DVLA - VxFan
Following the recent GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into force on the ‎25th May 2018, does this now mean the DVLA are not allowed to pass on the vehicle owner details to anyone such as private parking companies who request them, without first obtaining your permission?

Or is there some loophole that makes the DVLA exempt from the GDPR?
