I wish someone could explain that to SWMBO, I've given up. Economy 7-no way. She's not having the laundry and dishes done in the middle of night.
There's only two of us in the house with a water meter outside. I've read it over the last couple of years and it's not economical to be charged accordingly. She uses the washing machine 2-3 times a day and the dishwasher at least once.
As for switching off lights................... although most are now CFL or LED.
