I assume that in theory the warranty for new cars relies upon getting the car serviced at an appropriate marque dealer. If they have shut up shop then they are incapable of fulfilling their side of the warranty contract.
I know that in theory you can have the vehicle serviced by any competent garage providing they use the right parts and consumables, and follow the service schedule - but they are unlikely to be able to do software updates etc.
Best bet would probably be to write or email the dealer expressing your understanding and concern, and request they contact you as soon as they are able to return to normality.
