 Time Date Trouble - Bromptonaut
Currently out and about in the caravan so using my Win 10 Lenovo laptop.

It's convinced I'm in CET time, Paris etc, whereas actually I'm in Southport. The time zone is greyed out and no amount of changing time related settings is allowing access.

Set time manually is a partial workaround but some Apps, including WhatsApp seem to follow time zone rather than system time.

Any ideas?

Does it have the wherewithal to know where it is? My laptop doesn't.

There is a setting celled something like Location Service which you'd probably need to turn on to allow it to be changeable.

Easy to tell which one you are in. If you can't find the Folies Bergere you are in the wrong one.
