Was a bit concerned this morning before flying to Nimes.
All of 3 Minutes to get to the short queue and be printed and biometrics done.
Stamped passport too...

Trouble is that it isn't yet apparent what to do to shortcut the long queues when you've already had your biometrics done.
Daughter spent a couple of hours queueing to get out of Portugal last week. And I understand they are saying you should still get your passport stamped on the way out..
There is an app on which you log your personal details and flight within 14 days of flying which will produce a QR code for scanning at the new machines. It is only live on incoming to Portugal (maybe only Lisbon) and Sweden at the moment. Travel to Europe by Frontex
We leave Portugal on Thurs week, both been biometricised, it'll be interesting (as far as it can be) to see what we can/can't do.

Wish I was leaving sooner, the weather is dire (and it's nice there!)
Still with a large (and I mean LARGE, £10+ in our locals at home, not as full) glass of vino tinto at €2 I think I can put up with it a bit longer :-)

Very pleasant little airport.
Ryanair scanning boarding passes but ticking off against a paper list.

The airports with long delays are those with large numbers of non Schengen i.e British passengers serving major tourist areas.
