Ahh Alfa electrics eh? The headlamps on the alfasud I mentioned earlier used to flicker or turn off in damp weather. Caused by poor contact of the fuse in it's terminals. Sometimes you had to get out of the car in the pouring rain at night, open the bonnet and twiddle the fuse to get the lights to work again. Happy days..
