Sound easy until you try to implement it. There will be a significant number for whom the vaccine is contra-indicated; immuno deficiency is probably just one of them. Some categories of allergy will probably be another. What about people with a genuine and serious fear of needles or mental health issues; do we just tell them to man up?
Do you allow businesses to discriminate against those people?
