If you're vaccinated and a relative handful of others are not what are the consequences you might need to manage?

There's a number somewhere (85%?) that constitutes herd immunity. Even then, given that we don't know whether vaccination prevents spreading, I'm not clear what advantage accrues to theatres or restaurants that deny access to the unvaccinated.
